  if this site were a religion, what would you name it and who would you elect as elders, ms's, co's, ect,,,,.

  i'll start: i would call it the educated loveable and untouchables.

  would love to be the elder that says no dissassociation allowed or disfellowshipping!

  the devil hate it why is the devil a face of a man you would think it would be a woman with the way they view woman. Either way yes Mouthy it was the devil but a good post so maybe it was a female devil.... just saying

  they went through the usual guilt routine, that didnt seem to work so they turned to fear.

  my dad read mine but i wrote my thoughts in abstract poetry he had no idea what i was saying. I was pissed that he did but i was suicidal at that time of life....

  my elderly JW dad--continued

  some readers may recall a thread about my old dad coming to live with me.. after a short time he had to be hospitalised--and now he is in a care home.

  ive taken over all his financial affairs--including selling his house.. ive been clearing out the house--and--needless to say--came across tons of wt books--years of old magazines--1000's of them--plus bound volumes going back to the year dot.

  i asked him what he wanted me to do with them--and he said dispose of them!.

  i came on jwd a year ago tomorrow, having realized that jws were not the truth, quite painfully, on march 29, 2008. i was here within a week, and within 2 months i was officially dad by my congregation.. ever since joining, i have never actually wrote down a comprehensive look at why i left the organization.

  what doubts caused me to leave?

  why did a gilead grad leave what i once considered so precious?.

  about a month ago, i wrote a post about a sister that keeps coming to my apartment giving me watchtowers.

  i called her an older sister.

  she is in her late 50's.
